He has won numerous awards for his pastry. I really loved this book! After reading the reviews I wasn't sure whether i should buy it, but I did anyways, and I don't regret that I did! Everything is described nicely, pictures are beautiful, of course to cook everything the way it should be, you may need a couple of days to prepare the ingredients and equipment, but I'm sure it'll be worth it!

I am very happy that he describes how to do the glazes and has recipes for them , though I am not sure I completely understand, but I'll be working on it : As soon as I cook smth, i will share my result here.
